Customer Follow-up Service (CFS)
· AFTrans is a forerunner in its field: we provide
our clients with a full website translation service
· Sometimes, companies who are marketing products or services which
are particularly technical hesitate before translating their websites
because none of their employees can speak the foreign language concerned.
· When one of your customers views your website and wants to contact
you about your products or services, he can telephone or send an email
to the phone number or the email address shown on the page in your website
which corresponds to his language.
· These phone numbers and email addresses are those of our specialist
translators for the languages concerned.
· They reply to the phone call or the email and then send you an
email showing the details required by the prospective customer.
· You can send your answer back to our translator, who will then
send a reply to the cusotmer, in his own language.
(Or course, if your customers buy your products or services directly on
the Internet, this service will not be needed, since the operation will
be entirely automatic).
